1. Editorial Review and Selection
All submitted articles are subject to human editorial review. Submission does not guarantee publication, recording, or distribution. Logic and Leverage reserves the right to accept or decline any article based on relevance, quality, and alignment with editorial standards.
2. Payment and Refunds
A submission fee is collected at the time of purchase. If an article is not approved for publication, the submission fee will be refunded in full. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
3. Publication Timing
Accepted articles are typically reviewed and recorded within approximately 7 business days. Podcast episodes are published based on the production schedule and next available release slot. Most episodes are published within 4–6 weeks, though earlier publication may occur if availability allows.
4. Attribution and Use of Content
If an article is accepted, Logic and Leverage may reference, discuss, and summarize the submitted article in podcast episodes, transcripts, and related promotional materials. Author credit and a link to the original article will be provided. Logic and Leverage does not claim ownership of submitted written content.
5. No Endorsement or Guarantees
Podcast discussions are editorial in nature and do not constitute endorsements. Logic and Leverage makes no guarantees regarding audience size, reach, traffic, or business outcomes resulting from publication.
6. Prohibited Submissions
Sales pages, promotional copy, plagiarized material, or content that is misleading, unethical, or unlawful will not be accepted.
7. Right to Modify or Remove Content
Logic and Leverage reserves the right to edit, delay, or remove content if necessary to maintain editorial integrity or comply with platform policies.
